NFS mount point was not mounted after rebooting the server and nfs-common rpm was removed after reboot

1.NFS mount point was not mounted after server reboot

2.Also nfs-common rpm was not available and i have installed this again after reboot i want to know how the package was removed after server reboot

3./etc/fstab entry for nfs mount is need to change any thing in this ?:-

isilon.woolworths.com.au:/ifs/data/ubuntu/NCDLCTSSCT0001 /applic/SignIQ/SIQCommonUAT nfs auto 0 0
